We absolutely love Doggie Latchkey! We randomly found them this past Thanksgiving when I called our normal boarding facility a month in advance to reserve services and they were fully booked. "I have 3 basset hounds and cannot imagine ever boarding them. Having Doggie latchkey has been such a weight off my shoulders when I travel! When I first requested service they sent over the person who would be watching my dogs (Joni) so I could meet her and she could meet my dogs. Now I feel so comfortable leaving knowing my pups are in great hands. I get tons of pictures and text messages from her when she comes over and she is even able to accommodate my 14 year old basset with her special medication she gets twice a day. I highly recommend!!."

Denise and her Team are amazing! I cannot say enough good things about them all. We moved my mom and due to health reasons she needed help walking her dog. They are caring, trustworthy, on time, and communicate so well also! They always go above and beyond. Covid19 has not slowed them down. They take every precaution to keep everyone safe. Just today, on Memorial Day we had a slight emergency and needed help with our puppy. They jumped right in to help! They are worth every penny we pay.

Doggie Latchkey is a terrific organization! Anne Marie bends over backwards to make her visit fun for my two pups Aston & Cooper. When moving back to GR, we were concerned that our dog walker would be tough to replace. She was practically a member of the family but Anne Marie is quickly filling that role. Erik came over and met smokey first and went over his services. We were really impressed with his professionalism. We were away for 10 days and he checked on the cat for me 5 times. He was prompt in emailing me after every visit to tell me how he was doing. When I got home - the cat was perfect. He was fed, had new water and everything was cleaned up. I will be using Doggie Latchkey again and would recommend him to anyone!

Sarah, our pet sitter, previously had no experience with farm animals, so I briefly showed her the ropes. She ended up doing a FANTASTIC job with ALL pets!! I was so impressed. She took great care of everyone, brought in our mail, watered plants, and sent me daily visit reports. She's a gem! It was so nice to feel at ease while traveling, knowing that my critters and property were well-cared for. I highly recommend this service and will most definitely be using them again!

I have high anxiety about leaving our cats while on vacation and since we started using doggie latchkey, that is no longer a problem. They are super flexible and responsive. We've had the same sitter (shout out to Beth!) almost the whole time so our cats are very comfortable with her. We typically book day visits for weekends or short trips but last time we were gone for over a week we used the overnight sits and it was wonderful! Denise always responds to my requests asap and is always so responsive when I call for last minute requests.

Shortly after, Covid 19 hit... and they continued to go above and beyond to keep my mom's dog happy and healthy! Without their excellent care and reliability, I don't think my mom's dog could have stayed with her. We have had multiple new challenges during this difficult time in our world... We have 2 steady walkers: Robin and Nancy, both of which are amazing. I feel like both of them genuinely care for our dog. I can also tell that he really enjoys his time with them too 😉 It is especially important to us that when we're away for business, he's comfortable, safe and well-cared for. The luxury of being away from home without having to worry about him makes Doggie Latchkey worth every penny.
